You can then invite them to video conference on an idea, chat to them, or design something using the whiteboard - all recordable for later review.
Because meetings can be recorded and are automatically associated with a project, its easy for team members to attend the meeting at a later date, or review what was said. Up to 8 people can join the conference. The chat view is always available, so conference members can chat amongst themselves while the conference is underway.
And all you need is an Internet connection, and it does not need to be very fast. So even if you are in the airport lounge, waiting to catch a plane, you can still join the conference over a wireless connection to your laptop computer.
The Chat feature means that the team can instantly and securely communicate by text, which is recorded. During the chat session it's still possible to have private, unrecorded one-on-one discussions "offline". These are not recorded.
TeamTalk also allows the team to access video messages - sometimes a more powerful way of communicating an idea than using email or text.
The whiteboard feature allows team members can share visual ideas. Saving the board means a series of whiteboard images can capture a progression of ideas.
